  10. and Disk Vendors who wish to distribute the WINBOND v3.1
  11. package, including an extract from the license agreement and
  12. suggested program descriptions and keywords.

  19. The following paragraph is an extract from the license
  20. agreement regarding the distribution of the Shareware version
  21. of WINBOND v3.1:

  23.     WINBOND is the copyrighted property of Bob Stech. You are
  24.     granted a limited license to use WINBOND, to copy and
  25.     distribute it, provided the following conditions are met:
  26.  
  27.         1.  No fee may be charged for such copying and
  28.             distribution other than actual costs incurred,
  29.             except for a nominal distribution fee.
  30.  
  31.         2.  WINBOND may ONLY be distributed in its original,
  32.             unmodified state, complete with data files and
  33.             this documentation.

  35.         3.  WINBOND may not be distributed as part of a
  36.             package or group of programs.

  53. WINBOND V3.1 is a WINDOWS application to track and valuate Series
  54. EE bonds. Provides import capabilities to convert from other
  55. files, multiple bond files capabilities, up-to-date bond
  56. redemption tables, and reporting, including a 20 year projection
  57. of bond values.  Sold bond history can be maintained.
